'Missouri has reportedly doubled its abortion capacity this year "thanks to the Satanic Temple and Planned Parenthood," who have worked in tandem to fight the state's restrictions on abortion.

With some of the most clearly defined regulations on abortion in the nation, Missouri had managed to lower the number of abortion facilities to a single clinic, but a second Missouri clinic opened its doors recently and two others plan on following soon.

Planned Parenthood has battled against state regulations requiring abortion clinics to meet the same surgical center standards as full hospitals and for their doctors to have hospital privileges, and in April a federal court sided with the abortion giant.

U.S. District Judge Howard Sachs granted a preliminary injunction invalidating requirements for the state's abortion clinics to meet standards for surgical centers and for their doctors to have hospital privileges, citing a U.S. Supreme Court ruling striking down similar restrictions in Texas, which deemed those laws unnecessary and unconstitutional.'

'Satanists are fighting to repeal a Missouri law that informs women an abortion kills a "separate, unique, living human being."

The Satanic Temple in Jefferson City announced its third lawsuit against Missouri abortion regulations on Tuesday, asserting the informed consent law stating abortion kills human beings is "factually inaccurate and designed to dissuade women from getting an abortion."

"With a bald theocratic imposition of abortion restrictions into Missouri state law, and a continued expansion of religious privilege and exemption, Missouri lawmakers are going to be forced to accept that there are religious perspectives, just as deeply-held, that may directly contradict their own religious beliefs and directives," spokesperson Lucien Greaves said in a statement. Spam_A Spam_B Attorney General Josh Hawley's Deputy Chief of Staff Loree Anne Paradise said the office will "vigorously defend" what she called sensible regulations, according to AP.

The Satanic Temple is mistaken in claiming its First Amendment rights are being violated, because the law is based on scientific facts, not religious beliefs.

"The informed consent law is based on scientific facts, not Christian or Jewish or Buddhist or any other religion's beliefs. Scientifically, it is well established that a unique new human life comes into being at the moment of conception," reported LifeNews.'

Nike is waging an all-out war with the devil. The apparel company has successfully blocked the sale of Lil Nas X's "Satan Shoes" — at least for now.

On Wednesday, a U.S. District Court in New York approved Nike's request for a temporary restraining order against MSCHF, the art collective that collaborated with the rapper to create a pair of sneakers containing "one drop" of human blood. They used modified Nike Air Max 97s for the collaboration.

"Nike filed a trademark infringement and dilution complaint against MSCHF today related to the Satan Shoes," Nike told CBS News in a statement Thursday. "We don't have any further details to share on pending legal matters. However, we can tell you we do not have a relationship with Lil Nas X or MSCHF. The Satan Shoes were produced without Nike's approval or authorization, and Nike is in no way connected with this project."
