Police sources say the killer's withdrawal of $475,000 was highly irregular, and how an RCMP ‘agent’ would get money

The withdrawal of $475,000 in cash by the man who killed 22 Nova Scotians in April matches the method the RCMP uses to send money to confidential informants and agents, sources say.
Gabriel Wortman, who is responsible for the largest mass killing in Canadian history, withdrew the money from a Brink’s depot in Dartmouth, N.S., on March 30, stashing a carryall filled with hundred-dollar bills in the trunk of his car.
According to a source close to the police investigation the money came from CIBC Intria, a subsidiary of the chartered bank that handles currency transactions.
Sources in both banking and the RCMP say the transaction is consistent with how the RCMP funnels money to its confidential informants and agents, and is not an option available to private banking customers.

That mass shooting led to this.

Trudeau announces ban on 1,500 types of 'assault-style' firearms — effective immediately

A conspiracy minded individual might consider this guy was a mind controlled stooge that was set in motion with the end result of a assault fire arms ban. The reason being when this new world order crap becomes apparent those weapons will be out of the public`s hands. Food for thought. Now how would someone come to that conclusion?

(Preaching to the choir here)
Meet Dr. George Estabrooks.
George Hoben Estabrooks (December 16, 1895 – December 30, 1973) was a Canadian-American psychologist and an authority on hypnosis during World War Two. He was a Harvard University graduate, a Rhodes Scholar, and chairman of the Department of Psychology at Colgate University. He used hypnosis to help spies have split personalities to not actually know they were spies in case of capture. He stated it was easy to create and easy to cg hypnosis.
He joined the First Canadian Division in his teens and at the age of 19 became the youngest commissioned Officer. Later in life, he became a 32nd degree Knight Templar Mason and wrote various articles and books including these four publications: The Future of the Human Mind, Hypnotism, Spiritism, and Man - The Mechanical Misfit.

1963: Hypnotist George Estabrooks admits creating multiple personality assassins
January 18, 2015
George Estabrooks, a Harvard University graduate, Rhodes Scholar and chairman of psychology at Colgate University, Canada, is the only mind control doctor who has publicly acknowledged conducting extensive hypnosis work on behalf of the CIA, FBI and military intelligence. In the 1940s he boasted: “I can hypnotize a man — without his knowledge or consent — into committing treason against the United States.” In 1943, Estabrook (Bowhart. Operation Mind Control)
He acknowledged building Manchurian Candidates. In his book Spiritism, Dr. Estabrooks describes experiments done to create multiple personality. In his book Hypnotism, Dr. Estabrooks states that the creation of experimental multiple personality for operational use in military subjects, whom he refers to as super spies, is ethical because of the demands of war.
Estabrooks stated: “We know that dual, and even multiple, personality can be both caused and cured by hypnotism. . . . Moreover. . . the Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde combination, is a very real one once it is established. . . . the key to creating an effective spy or assassin rests in splitting a man’s personality, or creating a multiple personality, with the aid of hypnotism. . . This is not science fiction. . . . I have done it.” a process which the doctor described as “child’s play.” That same year (the year of President Kennedy’s assassination) Estabrooks suggested that Lee Harvey Oswald and Jack Ruby “could very well have been performing through hypnosis.” (Wikipedia; CIA Secrets of Mind Control)
In a 1971 article in Science Digest, Dr. Estabrooks claimed to have created hypnotic couriers and counterintelligence agents for operational use. “During World War II, I worked this technique with a vulnerable Marine lieutenant I’ll call Jones. I split his personality into Jones A and Jones B. Jones A, once a ‘normal’ working Marine, became entirely different. He talked communist doctrine and meant it. He was welcomed enthusiastically by communist cells, and was deliberately given a dishonorable discharge by the Corps and became a card-carrying party member. Jones B was the deeper personality, knew all the thoughts of Jones A, was a loyal American and was ‘imprinted’ to say nothing during conscious phases. All I had to do was hypnotize the whole man, get in touch with Jones B, the loyal American, and I had a pipeline straight into the Communist camp. It worked beautifully.”
“War is the end of all law. When we speak of keeping within the rules of the game we are childish, because it is not a game and true rules never hold. In the last analysis any device is justifiable which enables us to protect ourselves from defeat.”
Dr. Estabrooks did experiments on children. He corresponded with FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover about using hypnosis to interrogate juvenile delinquents. His experimentation raises the possibility that he or other investigators might have attempted to create Manchurian Candidates in children. Such a possibility might seem far-fetched until one considers the LSD, biological and radiation experiments conducted on children, and the fact that four MKULTRA Subprojects were on children. The deliberate creation of multiple personality in children is an explicitly stated plan in the MKULTRA Subproject Proposal submitted for funding on May 30, 1961 http://csglobe.com/cia-the-secrets-of-mind-control/

Keep in mind that mind control techniques have come a long way since the days of Dr. George Estabrooks some 75 years ago.
