It's common sense. Muscle fatigue, general sense of weakness.
And the universal cure is a protein fix. I believe in what I call:
PROTEIN DEFICIENCY HEADACHE. Because the brain uses 80%
of our energy intake and its cytoskeleton is made up entirely of
MAP's, or Microtubule Associated Proteins. They need repairing.
