The entire US B52 fleet was upgraded again sometime after wargames in 2015, and I now understand why such a nuclear deterrent is legitimate,
if partly because we don't live under the MAD cloud ... in the same way we did during the cold-war. Been there, done that, rationalisation.
The facts are, we live in such a world where nuclear holocaust is an ongoing bargaining tool wherein neither Globalist nor Nation-builder has an off-key.
