Tulsi Gabbard sues Google for ‘election meddling’ over blocked campaign ads

Google inexplicably suspended Gabbard’s campaign advertising account for the crucial six hours following the first Democratic primary debate last month, a lawsuit filed by her campaign on Thursday alleges – a period in which hers was the most-searched name of all the candidates on the crowded stage. Google didn’t just violate her First Amendment rights by silencing her, the suit charges – it maliciously meddled with the democratic process.

The search giant violated the Gabbard campaign’s federal and state rights to free speech, as well as a handful of commercial anti-discrimination laws, by pulling the ads without explanation, preventing her from reaching millions of voters with her message, campaign organization Tulsi Now claims in the suit, filed in the Central District of California. They’re seeking “declaratory and injunctive relief against Google for its illegal behavior,” plus “no less than $50 million” in damages, explaining that while Gabbard may have missed out on “potentially millions” in donations, the “ongoing threat of targeted intermeddling” in the upcoming election is more pressing.

“Google obfuscated and dissembled with a series of inconsistent and incoherent reasons for its actions,” Tulsi Now wrote in an email to supporters on Thursday, explaining in the lawsuit that the company gave multiple conflicting reasons for the ad suspension before “suddenly revers[ing] course completely and reinstat[ing] the Account.” By that time, of course, most voters had gone to bed – and others had seen whatever search results Google opted to serve up instead of Gabbard’s campaign ads, an unappetizing prospect given the mainstream media’s unflattering portrayal of Gabbard thus far.'

Gabbard going after Google is double plus good
http://www.naturalnews.com/2019-07-29-gabbard-going-after-google-is-double-plus-good.html

'Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) is suing Google. It’s about time someone did. It’s one thing to for conservatives and libertarians to be outraged by their treatment by the tech giant, it’s another for them to go after a female Democrat.

Since Trump’s election the campaign to curtail free speech has went into overdrive and we are now far beyond Orwell’s dystopian vision in 1984 in terms of technological infrastructure.

Google makes Big Brother look like George Carlin’s the Hippy Dippy Weather Man with the “hippy dippy weather, man.” The drive to stamp out all forms of political division has only one thing animating it, protecting the drive of the elites I call The Davos Crowd to erect a transnational superstate to herd humanity to their vision of sustainability.

Gabbard is the only person running for the Democratic nomination worth any amount of my time. Her fundamental criticisms of the U.S. warfare state are spot on. She’s sincere about this. It’s costing her stature within her own party.

She’s a committed anti-imperialist. She’s also young, inexperienced and a little bit naive. But that, to me, is part of her charm. It means she is still malleable. She’s smart enough to be outraged about where we are headed and young enough to be flexible about what the solutions are to stop it from happening.'

YouTube can now delete accounts that aren't "commercially viable"

https://techspot.com/news/82711-youtube-can-now-delete-accounts-arent-commercially-viable.html

WTF?! Considering starting a YouTube channel? Maybe you already have one and are trying to add to your subscriber base. If so, here’s some potentially worrying news: The video platform says it can now ban users it deems “no longer commercially viable.”

The strange rule appeared in YouTube’s new terms of service, which it emailed to users over the weekend. It appears in the “Account Suspension & Termination” section under the “Terminations by YouTube for Service Changes” subheader.

The exact wording of the new terms, set to come into effect in the US on December 10, reads: “YouTube may terminate your access, or your Google account’s access to all or part of the Service if YouTube believes, in its sole discretion, that provision of the Service to you is no longer commercially viable.”

The changes to the ToS are supposed to make them “clearer and easier to understand,” yet they’ve had the opposite effect for most people.

WTF ?

Google already has a 666 symbol for its browser, no need to go making other stuff up.

Adreno means adrenaline, hardly a surprise name for hardware designed to accelerate graphics.
Chrome is the name of the browser.
Compounding the two names to imply a turbo charged version of chrome is not that much of a surprise
The drug Adrenochrome is nothing to do with Chromium but is when adrenaline is oxidized with silver.

The End.

Yes, and are you aware it has nothing to fucking well to do with why Google named it Adrenochrome !!!

Meanwhile, Chrome symbol is a covert 666.

You may know that Google is tracking you, but most people don't realize the extent of it.
Luckily, there are simple steps you can take to dramatically reduce Google's tracking.

But first, what exactly are they tracking?
Unlike searching on DuckDuckGo, when you search on Google, they keep your search history forever.
That means they know every search you’ve ever done on Google.
That alone is pretty scary, but it’s just the shallow end of the very deep pool of data that they try to collect on people.

An unusual dream indeed, as the ship I rammed belonged to The Vulcans.
