Important legislation that includes the text of the Hearing Protection Act which takes silencers off NFA registry, removes the $200 tax stamp and allows them to be transferred as a firearm on 4473 form in states that allow citizens to own silencers. Important to call your Congressman especially if you are in a 2nd amendment state and urge them to support this bill.
