This is an important legal case dealing with FSA (Firearm Safety Act) of 2013 passed by Maryland General Assembly and signed by then Governor Martin O'Malley. The law banned certain types of AR-15 and AK-47. It also limited the size of magazines (10 round capacity) that can be brought, sold and manufactured in Maryland.
Below is the legal petition filing.

Please keep in mind since this law has been passed, Baltimore City, has seen spike in robberies, carjackings and homicides.

No new grants, court denies review in gun-rights cases

Maryland's unconstitutional and convoluted AR-15 and AK-47 ban stays in place. With recent election in Virginia of an anti-gun governor, gun owners in that state need to guard their 2nd amendment rights.
