1) Homeland Security has no Constitutional authority to exist as any part of the government.
2) It is also de facto illegitimate because it was it's official roll out was on then heels of a false flag.
3) This part of the US code needs to be DELETED out of existence, as well as "DHS" and any and ALL legislation dependent upon or referencing "DHS".
4) This fact makes deployment of "federal forces" under the NON-authority of this code as an act of treason against the Constitution.
5) Once again you cannot GRANT YOURSELF POWERS FROM A FRAUDULENTLY DECLARED NATIONAL EMERGENCY OR ATTACK THAT YOU CONDUCTED UPON YOURSELF.
