Finnish politician upset the region: Genocide committed against Serbs

Professor Pirkko Turpeinen, a psychiatrist and former official of Social Democrats, shook the region with a statement that genocide is committed against Serbs
Source: Kosovo online Monday, December 23, 2019 | 08:59

"Genocide has been committed against Serbs over the last century, and false accusations that you committed crimes during the breakup of Yugoslavia are part of a campaign by large powers to justify their conquering goals", she said in an interview with Kosovo online portal.

Turpeinen was a Member of the Finnish Parliament but also an expert on the Council of Europe's Committee on Torture and Human Rights Violations. She has become known in the public for her support for General Ratko Mladic, and has written a book about this, and is in the process of completing a new study addressing a series of events that marked the breakup of the SFR Yugoslavia.

Among them is the Racak case, which was the reason for NATO's aggression against Serbia two decades ago, according to an interview broadcast by "Serbia Today".

Asked about the Racak case, Turpeinen said this case was very important because it was a provocation to bomb Serbia. "But it was just one in a series of provocations against your people. That is why my next book will be the history of the Holocaust and the genocide against Serbs, both during World War II and during the wars of the nineties, including the NATO occupation of Kosovo", she said.

When reminded that her country's government back then appointed Finnish forensic expert Helena Ranta as part of the expert team in the Racak case, Turpeinen says that at the invitation of Slobodan Milosevic to send an expert team to determine the circumstances of the suffering of individuals in Racak, the Finnish Foreign Ministry named Helena Ranta for some reason, instead of, for instance, Professor Anti Pentila, a top medical forensic scientist.

"The problem is that Ranta was not competent to determine the facts. Her responsibility was, in fact, to study autopsy reports made by pathologists, but she did not do that. Instead, she said what she was told to say by the Finnish and German Foreign Affairs Ministries. "What she said has nothing to do with the truth," she says, adding that Ranta is actually a dentist.

"Despite the fact that the results of the autopsy were hidden, two years later, experts, including Professor Pentila, had the opportunity to study the documentation and publish the findings in a scientific journal. It is a journal of my colleagues, forensic experts. It turned out that Ranta and her colleagues have betrayed the truth", adds Professor Pirkko Turpeinen.

Asked what conclusion she came to when investigating the case, she replied: "Medical facts and information about police action in an attempt to get terrorists out of the village were never hidden but transparent. After all, many TV crews could be convinced, OSCE observers ... Everyone was present and the Serbian police invited all to see for themselves what happened in Racak on January 15, 1999".

She also said that the United States and Germany, along with other NATO countries, planned to occupy entire territory of former Yugoslavia. "This is clearly shown in Annex B of the Rambouillet Agreement... Let me remind you that NATO member countries had previously blackmailed Yugoslavia with economic sanctions and these blackouts had lasted since 1992. However, the country has survived. That's why NATO countries no longer saw an alternative to their plan, except to physically conquer it by bombing. The US wanted to build a military base in Kosovo, and they did so", she said.

According to her, propaganda dominates the western countries. There is plenty of scientific evidence and books that convey the truth, however, NATO media propaganda is already prevalent in the film industry, literature and sports. Serbs need for their side of the story to be heard, through films like the one about Jasenovac, or appearances by prominent figures such as Nobel laureate Peter Handke, says Professor Turpeinen.

Put two armies opposite each other and they will shoot at each other . . . with or without any orders or strategy.

This letter still does not explain why Serb commander would want to attack City, surely he knows it is fatal trap like Stalingrad ?
The letter still leaves the huge question, why did the defenders run away when they could have defeated the Serb Army just like at Stalingrad ?

Modern Army do not fight in cities, unless defending.
Why no defence ?

Look at this well documented example of stupidity :

The Battle Of Grozny
1994-1995

“Give me a unit of paratroopers and we will sort out the Chechens in a couple of hours,” said Russian general Pavel Grachev.
As it turned out, Russia gave Grachev 38,000 troops and hundreds of tanks to quash the Chechen separatist movement. And it still took him almost two years to end the war (by losing it).

The bottom line is the official narrative has more holes than a sieve.
The outcome was bombing Serbia into submission, so be very, very, very suspicious.

Six new judges appointed in The Hague, back in Kosovo: Confidential Hague documents allegedly leaked to media

The Kosovo Specialist Chambers announced today that it added six new judges to the roster. This announcement arrived in the midst of the public expectation of the first indictments being confirmed in the Hague for crimes committed in Kosovo, but also amid the upheaval caused by the alleged leak of thousands of files from the court to the offices of former KLA members. The alleged files were also leaked to the media today.

The Specialist Chambers are yet to react to the drafts of the first indictments issued against Hashim Thaci and Kadri Veseli. The deadline for their confirmation expires in October.

There is also no reacton to the three-week-long affair related to the possible leakage of thousands of files from this court, brought by a „guest“ to the offices of former KLA members. The files were reportedly taken from the same court which has been operating far from the eyes of the public and with special protective measures.

Still, the Kosovo Specialist Chamber, announced that six new judges were appointed to the roster of international judges, thus confirming that it had resumed with its normal activities.

The newly appointed judges include Gilbert Bitti (France), Daniel Fransen (Belgium), Fergal M. Gaynor (Ireland), Romina Incutti (Italy), Nina H.B. Jørgensen (Norway), and Roumen H. Nenkov (Bulgaria).

They will be joining the 17 judges currently on the roster of the Specialist Chambers.

Furthermore, as this court announced today, Antonio Balsamo and Nenkov were specifically appointed to serve as judges on the Specialist Chambers of the Constitutional Court, while Incutti was appointed to serve as a reserve judge of the SCCC. Per his request, Judge Roland Dekkers is no longer a judge of the SCCC, but remains on the roster, allowing him to be assigned to any other Chamber other than the SCCC – the Kosovo Specialist Chambers added.

“President Trendafilova warmly welcomed the new judges and stated that she looks forward to working together with them and the other judges on the roster toward the efficient and effective fulfillment of the mandate of the KSC,” the KSC said in a statement.

Meanwhile, the third batch of alleged documents from the Specialist Prosecutor’s Office in The Hague was delivered today to the offices of the „KLA War Veterans Association“ in Pristina. On the same day, the well-known Albanian TV station „Top Channel“ claimed to have received the same files which allegedly arrived straight from the Specialist Chambers.

According to the “KLA War Veterans Association,” in the past 15 days, unknown persons delivered to them several thousand documents that were allegedly leaked from the Specialist Prosecutor’s Office.

The SPO refused to comment on the case, while the Specialist Prosecutor’s Office of Kosovo confirmed that their colleagues from The Hague were conducting an investigation.

According to the Kosovo media reports, the investigators of the SPO also reclaimed the third batch of documents from the „KLA War Veterans Association“.

The president of this association, Hysni Gucati said at a press conference today that the investigators of the Specialist Chambers took the files that arrived in the offices of this association earlier today.

He also reiterated his previous claims that the investigators allegedly „admitted that the documents came from the Specialist Prosecutor’s Office“.

The association’s lawyer, Tome Gashi said the documentation was original and related to a criminal investigation. He also added that the police and the prosecution were not involved with the documents being delivered to the offices of the “KLA War Veterans Association.”

The alleged documents were also published by some media outlets. Top Channel published a part of the reported documents, claiming they were the original. This TV station also announced that it will do the same in the coming days.

„We received a complete file marked as confidential, which has over 260 pages, from a source in the Specialist Prosecutor’s Office in The Hague. This file forms the basis for an indictment by the Specialist Prosecutor. Top Channel will not publish any names or details that would identify the witnesses of the indictment of the Specialist Chambers mentioned in this file,“ Top Channel reported.

The EULEX and Kosovo police arrested the deputy head of the Kosovo Liberation Army War Veterans Association (OVL), Nasim Haradinaj. This is the third arrest of KLA veterans in two days, following those of Salih Mustafa and Hysni Gucati, who were transferred to The Hague.

Haradinaj held a press conference before the arrest, in which he stated that the OVL do not recognize the Hague based Specialist Chambers, which is set to try car crimes allegedly committed by KLA members.

As EULEX police were still inside the HQ office of the KLA veterans Association, after the arrest of its head, Hysni Gucati, Haradinaj showed strong criticism of the event.

“Is a person allowed to enter in the other’s bedroom without knocking first? This is EULEX’s behavior, because they do not consider us as human beings,” Haradinaj said. “This is not our court, therefore we don’t recognize it,” he added.

USA wanted legal bombing of Serbs but Empire needed Russia to accept that in SC UN ?   >:(

Confidentiality mark removed from documents from Bill Clinton's presidential library. Reportedly, ultimatum was ready six months before the bombing of the Serbs.

Source: Novosti Tuesday, October 13, 2020 | 11:22

As Novosti reports, six months before the bombing of Serbia began, on September 24, 1998, Samuel Berger, the then US national security adviser, informed US President W. Clinton about preparations for an ultimatum to Serbia.

According to the documents that were declassified, in order to "stop the humanitarian catastrophe in Kosovo and prepare a political solution", Clinton proposed a "credible threat of NATO military action".

"This means putting pressure on NATO to issue an ultimatum demanding that Milosevic take concrete steps to resolve the humanitarian and political crisis, or face a military response. For the ultimatum to be credible, we and our allies need to be prepared to carry out limited missile attacks. "If Milosevic does not agree to obey, if he persists, we should be prepared to carry out wider air strikes to prevent his ability to conduct military and security operations in Kosovo," Berger recommended.

The American foreign policy team, says Berger, agrees that relying only on humanitarian actions and diplomatic negotiations has no prospects for success. He claims that Ambassador Hill's negotiation process with Milosevic and the Kosovo Albanians will not yield an acceptable agreement as long as the violence continues, "through brutal actions by Serbian security forces combined with occasional KLA attacks."

The UN Security Council resolution, adopted from 14 to zero, with China being restraint, and NATO's decision to start gathering forces are significant steps in our political and military preparations for issuing an ultimatum, while at the same time sending strong signals to Milosevic. The UN resolution helps create a political basis for the use of force for many of our allies, but it explicitly does not allow the use of force - he admits.

Therefore, Berger warned Clinton that this approach has its price and risks, both political and military. The document shows that the top of the USA was aware of numerous obstacles in America, among the allies, as well as in the world, for the implementation of this plan.

"Giving support to the allies will require a great deal of effort, especially with Russia, which strongly opposes the use of force. Many allies will want to try another UN resolution authorizing the use of force before NATO issues an ultimatum," Berger was aware.

However, he adds that the new resolution is less of a problem than the decision of some allies to give up participation in the operation. He is aware, he says, that maintaining consensus is problematic, especially if Milosevic partially agrees with the terms of the ultimatum.

"We will have to consult in detail with Russia bilaterally, as well as through NATO, in order to limit the damage to our relations," Berger points out.

Member of the German Bundestag of Turkish origin, Sevim Dagdelen, made accusations against the former KLA and its leaders, but also against NATO.

Source: Tanjug Monday, November 9, 2020 | 09:15

She stated that "NATO violated international law by supporting KLA criminals".

She wrote on Facebook that the job of the Hague tribunal is now to "ensure the safety of potential witnesses, so that they would not be intimidated or even killed, as was the case with former Kosovo Prime Minister and KLA commander Ramush Haradinaj," Pristina's "Reporters" reported.

"Confirmation of the charges against (Hashim) Thaci is also a blow to the federal government, which has been defending the criminal all these years, given that it knew that the German BND intelligence service pointed to the KLA commander in 2005 as a link between organized crime and politics, as well as the chief prosecutor of the Hague Tribunal, Carla del Ponte, who discovered organ smuggling in 2008", Dagdelen wrote.

She also made accusations against NATO, as well as the former leaders of the leading NATO members of the USA, Great Britain and Germany, Bill Clinton, Tony Blair and Gerhard Schroeder, Kosovo online reported.

Former Pristina President Hashim Thaci has appeared before The Hague war crimes tribunal for the first time.
Source: B92, Kosovo online Monday, November 9, 2020 | 19:42

Hashim Thaci, one of the founders and a member of the General Staff of the terrorist paramilitary in Kosovo, the KLA, stated today that he is not guilty and that he does not admit the charges against him by the indictment of the specialized prosecutor of Kosovo.

"Your Honor, the indictment is without any basis and I declare that I am not guilty on any of the 10 counts of the indictment," Thaci said before the judge for the previous procedure of the Specialized Chambers of Kosovo based in The Hague.

He denied charges of war crimes and crimes against humanity between March 1998 and September 1999.

Thaci is charged with 10 counts of war crimes and crimes against humanity. These are: 1. persecution on political and / or ethnic grounds, 2. imprisonment, 3. illegal or arbitrary arrest and detention, 4. other inhumane acts, 5. cruel treatment, 6. torture, 7. torture, 8. murder, 9. murder, 10. enforced disappearance of persons.

Reading the indictment, the Prosecution pointed out that there was a well-founded suspicion that he had committed the aforementioned crimes as a member of a joint criminal enterprise, as well as in the capacity of other members of the KLA.

At the beginning of the hearing, one of Thaci's lawyers, Dennis Hopper, stated that Thaci's defense found out about the indictment only on Thursday night and that it failed to prepare.

Until recently, the president of self-proclaimed Kosovo will remain in custody until further notice, although the judge taught him that he has the right to request release from custody and defense.

Thaci, along with Kadri Veseli, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi, is charged with a joint criminal enterprise of forcibly taking control of Kosovo, for various types of criminal responsibility for war crimes and crimes against humanity.

He surrendered to the Specialized Prosecutor's Office on Thursday, November 5, after he resigned as president of the so-called Kosovo, and then he was arrested and transferred from Pristina to the detention unit in The Hague, where he will remain until further notice.

He will be held accountable before the Specialized Chambers in The Hague, also known as the KLA Crimes Tribunal, for both command and individual criminal responsibility for crimes committed by the KLA in Kosovo and Metohija and northern Albania during the period covered by Kosovo Special Prosecutor Jack Smith's indictment, from March 1998 to September 1999.

The charges, written in 10 counts, include, among other things, 98 murders, 18 known victims of enforced disappearances and more than 416 illegal detentions, which were carried out either on his orders, or with his help, support or with his knowledge.

The exact number of illegally detained and tortured in the camps was not published in the redacted indictment, because the numbers were omitted in the tabulation of victims in some cases.

Along with what the prosecutor called KLA General Staff members Kadri Veseli, Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi, Thaci was accused of a "joint criminal enterprise" involving other KLA members and political advocates of Kosovo's independence. to Serbia.

Thaci was the political commissioner and commander, Veseli the head of the intelligence service, Selimi the chief operative, and Krasniqi the deputy commander and spokesman.

The prosecutor believes that the members of the joint criminal enterprise aimed at gaining and exercising control over the whole of Kosovo, for which they personally or through subordinates used illegal intimidation, harassment, violence and removal of those who were considered to be their opponents.

According to the indictment, these opponents, i.e. their victims, are listed as: persons whom they considered to have cooperated or associated with the forces of the Socialist Republic of Yugoslavia (FRY), officials of state institutions, then those who did not otherwise support goals or means of the KLA, as well as persons of Serbian, Roma and other nationalities.

In order to achieve the goal of the joint criminal enterprise, Thaci and others are charged with criminal offenses described in the indictment, which include persecution, imprisonment, illegal or arbitrary arrest and detention, other inhumane acts, cruel treatment, torture, murder and enforced disappearance.

Other members of the joint criminal enterprise not covered by this indictment included Azem Syla, Lahi Brahimaj, Fatmir Limaj, Sylejman Selimi, Rrustem Mustafa, Shukri Buja, Latif Gashi and Sabit Geci, as well as certain other members of the KLA and political leaders.

Thaci, Veseli, Selimi and Krasniqi are also charged with crimes committed by their subordinates, which are described in detail in the indictment, because, according to the prosecution, they knew that the crimes had occurred or would be committed and did nothing to prevent them, nor to punish the perpetrators.

The indictment details dozens of events in 1998 and 1999 in which people were abducted on the streets, in their homes and taken to the improvised camps throughout Kosovo and Metohija, where they were severely abused, interrogated, humiliated and forced to confess to cooperating with Serbian authorities and espionage.

The redacted indictment, which is available to the public in English, did not name the victims, living or killed or missing, but described the events that followed the detentions in 15 KLA camps in Kosovo and Metohija and two in northern Albania, in Kukes and Has.

The camps in Gjakova, Gjilane, Kacanik, Lipjan, Malisheva, Novo Brdo, Podujevo, Pristina, Prizren, Orahovac, Skenderaj, Suva Reka and Vitina were mentioned in KIM.

A chart overview of the camps and the periods in which the crimes took place is also given, without a name, but with an indication of the approximate number of victims.

Most of the same charges were brought against Veseli, Krasniqi and Selimi, who will plead guilty today and tomorrow, all at special hearings.

The indictment does not mention the so-called "Yellow House" and organ trafficking in northern Albania, which initiated the establishment of the Specialized Prosecutor's Office and the Kosovo Council, after being described in a report by Council of Europe Special Rapporteur Dick Marty.

Commission asks Hague to investigate murders of journalists in Kosovo and Metohija

Commission for investigating the killings of journalists called on the KLA Crimes Tribunal to file indictments for 17 kidnapped and killed journalists in KiM
Source: Tanjug Monday, November 16, 2020 | 18:53

The reason is that these crimes must not go unpunished.

The Commission for investigating the killings of journalists welcomes the activities of the Specialized Chambers in The Hague, also known as the KLA Crimes Tribunal, to establish responsibility for crimes committed in Kosovo and Metohija.

After the first indictments were published, the Commission is disappointed that they do not consider any cases of murder and kidnapping of journalists.

The Commission notes that, at the moment, Kosovo and Metohija is the area with by far the largest number of unsolved cases of kidnapped and killed journalists, as many as 17 cases, of which only one was resolved by the Hague Tribunal (Hajredin Balaj was sentenced to 13 years in prison for killing Shaban Hoti, professor of Russian language at the University of Pristina, who worked as an interpreter for the Russian state television crew).

The fate of Ranko Perenic and Djuro Slavuj, who were abducted by KLA members and taken in an unknown direction, on August 21, 1998, near Velika Hoca, is still unresolved.

To this day, the fate of journalist Ismail Berbatovci is also unknown, who went on a scheduled interview with a member of the main staff of the operational zone, Rama Buja, on July 23, 1998, as a journalist.

The abduction of Nebojsa Radosevic and Vladimir Dobricic on October 18, 1998, and their 40 days detention in several KLA prisons when they were subject to harassment, is also a war crime for which there are many traces of the perpetrators.

Afrim Maliqi was killed on December 2, 1998, in Prishtina. The murder was never solved.
